Im experimenting with Intermittent Fasting and so far I really like how I feel!
Yesterday- I did the 24hr fast and that was difficult but SO worth it.
Today- I did 16hr fast, 8hr-eat
had a whole foods salad @ 3:00pm
And for dinner ate fruit and a tomato, avocado, tofu sandwhich on one slice of bread.
Any inputs on IF??
Hi everyone..just thought I’d share.
I was just feelings sorry for myself all day and was in a bad mood. I ended up binging and purging tonight. I feel so guilty…I haven’t in 3 weeks..
But I’ll start over tomorrow. I’ll probably cut down some calories for the next couple days and workout hard as I can :)
I’ll be okay.
