It’s a new day! Time for a fresh start. Whatever happened yesterday stays in yesterday. Don’t be afraid to try new things, to push new limits, and to be the best that you can be.
……but even if you mess up, binge, or skip a workout..just REMEBER: It’s okay, we all make mistakes. Just get back up, learn from it, forget about it, then start over again. :)
